Le taux d'absorption de 0,5%-2% du Polyiso s'am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement avec les nouveaux mod\u00e8les dot\u00e9s d'une feuille d'aluminium appliqu\u00e9e en usine - les entrepreneurs de Denver font \u00e9tat d'une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de 40% dans les assemblages de toits ventil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manutention sur le chantier : Le point de vue des entrepreneurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le XPS se coupe facilement \u00e0 l'aide de couteaux utilitaires, ce qui permet de gagner du temps sur les formes complexes. Le Polyiso n\u00e9cessite des outils sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s mais offre une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression sup\u00e9rieure (25-30 psi contre 15-25 psi pour le XPS). Les couvreurs de Milwaukee confirment la durabilit\u00e9 du Polyiso sous des \u00e9quipements lourds lors de l'installation de toitures commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyse des co\u00fbts : Au-del\u00e0 des prix au pied carr\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 0,60-0,60-0,85\/pi\u00b2, l'XPS semble moins cher que le Polyiso (0,70-0,70-1,10). Polyiso est pass\u00e9 aux agents gonflants \u00e0 base d'eau (GWP&lt;1) en 2021, ce qui lui permet d&#039;obtenir des cr\u00e9dits LEED v4.1.
